Dubester leaves Hispanics in Philanthropy
Ilana Dubester has stepped down as program coordinator of Hispanics in Philanthropy in North Carolina, a role she held for almost five years.

- BB&T awarded DHIC, Inc., Raleigh, $2,500 for homebuyer education, counseling programs.
